Terms

Terms of Use

These terms describe the rules for using the SOFRA website and signed-in restaurant platform. They should be read with the Privacy Policy.

Using SOFRA

You must use SOFRA only for a workspace and restaurant business you are authorized to access. Keep sign-in credentials secure, use the roles and location context provided to you, and do not try to access another customer's data or bypass product permissions.

Customer instructions and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to use restaurant, customer, staff, website, menu, and provider data in SOFRA. A Launch task marked submitted, pending, or ready does not mean an external provider has approved or activated a service.

Google Business Profile

A valid Google Business Profile connection and confirmed profile mapping for each launched location are required to complete SOFRA Launch onboarding. You must be authorized to connect the Google account and select the business location. SOFRA requests Google access only after you review its purpose and continue to Google.

Granting SOFRA Manager access is a separate action. It authorizes the configured SOFRA Location Group as Manager for only the selected profile; it does not transfer ownership. Google controls its OAuth service, Business Profile APIs, invitations, and account permissions. SOFRA reports Manager access as active only after Google confirms it.

After onboarding is complete, you can request disconnection through Launch Center. Only authorized SOFRA platform staff may remove Manager access, disconnect authorization, or change the confirmed mapping, so offboarding is coordinated and audited. Automatic-reply consent, pause, disable, and withdrawal remain under authorized customer control. See the Privacy Policy for the data affected by each action.

Acceptable use

Do not use SOFRA to break the law, misrepresent a business, interfere with the service, probe another workspace, upload harmful code, or send communications without the permission required for them. Customer-list previews and imports must preserve suppression and unsubscribe choices.

External services

Some features depend on external providers, including Google and payment or hosting services configured for a workspace. Their availability, approval, account rules, and service terms are controlled by those providers. SOFRA may show a task as waiting for a provider when an external approval or verification is still required.

Availability and changes

SOFRA may change the website and product as features are added, corrected, or removed. We will update these terms when the rules for using the product materially change.
